Delete your account and data

How to ask

1. Sign in at Content Forge (on the website or in the app).
2. Open Account (top right) and choose Delete my account…
3. Confirm. We'll see your request right away and finish within 30 days.

If you have a monthly plan, it stops renewing as soon as you ask. You keep it until the end of the month you've paid for.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in and profile (name, email).
• Your projects: scripts, pictures, videos, voices, music, uploaded photos and footage, and exports.
• Your settings and activity history.

What we keep

• Payment and invoice records, for as long as tax law requires (usually 7 years). Card details are held by Stripe, never by us.
